New York Fashion Week ended today and, in what has become tradition, Marc Jacobs closed the week with his Spring/Summer 2015 collection. Althought it’s not clear if Rihanna actually attended the show, she was spotted afterwards wearing some of the designer’s creations while arriving to dinner with her stylist Mel Ottenberg and best friend Melissa Forde.
The singer wore a few pieces pulled from the Marc Jacobs Resort 2015 collection. The look included a yellow mini dress with structured cups and black straps. It is sold with a black overlay that she opted not to wear. The double breasted coat is made of pink Astrakhan fur and has black python buttons. These items will be available later this year just in time for resort season. Rih also carried a silver handbag from the Fall/Winter 2014 collection called the Ostrich Trouble. The Trouble, which features an adjustable chain strap, is the newest addition to the brand’s selection of ‘It’ bags. The designer was inspired by the 1960s for both the Fall and Resort collections, a decade that he has referenced well in the past.
Rihanna’s shoes were Manolo Blahnik‘s BB black suede pumps. Her jewelry included Lynn Ban‘s white topaz pavé chain choker, a black rhodium gash ring, a Reverso ring that converts to a bracelet, a cross ring, and a vortex ring.
