The staff at Fenty Corp have the coolest boss. Last night Rihanna took the entire Corp to Jay Z’s 4:44 show at the Forum in Inglewood and afterwards they enjoyed a private holiday party. Rih looked very sexy in a black ensemble.
The Look
Jahleel Weaver, Rihanna’s stylist and Fenty Corp junior creative director, styled Rihanna in custom Dior. The look was based off the Spring/Summer 2018 collection and above is Look 48 for comparison. Rihanna version’s is all black leather and instead of a romper she wore a mini dress with a halter strap. Her trench coat is also slightly oversize.
She paired the look with Giuseppe Zanotti‘s Aleesha sandals ($1,295). The black satin mules feature snake detail on the straps and they also come with a gold snake anklet that Rihanna opted to wear.
In her hand are a pair of Gentle Monster‘s Plip sunglasses, which have a gold-tone frame and red lenses. This style is exclusively available at SSENSE but right now the red version is not listed. Instead check out the silver/green or silver/grey version ($215 each).
We don’t get to see much of her jewellery in these photos but nevertheless I’ll share the info I got from her style team. The Barbadian beauty sported two rings and a bracelet by Chrome Hearts. Update: She donned two Harry Kotlar gold bracelets. Pictured above are the Ivy New York Spinel earrings ($4,900) and Djula white gold and diamond ivy ring that Rihanna also wore.
Her handbag is from the late Azzedine Alaïa. It’s the mini tote in black croc leather, which comes with a shoulder strap and a logo-embossed mirror. Both of those pieces are detachable. Check out the nude version over at Savannahs.
Finally, we all know her makeup is Fenty Beauty. If you want to copy that killer red lip, go cop the Stunna Lip Paint in Uncensored ($24) from Fenty Beauty, Sephora or Harvey Nichols.
