DJ Khaled dropped the song and video for his much-hyped collaboration with Rihanna and Bryson Tiller. It’s called Wild Thoughts and samples Santana’s Maria Maria. Shot in Little Haiti in Miami, the video reflects the colourful nature of Caribbean culture. Rihanna worked again with Jahleel Weaver as well as Anna Trevelyan on this video shoot. Trevelyan styled the dancehall-inspired video for Work, Rihanna’s hit single with Drake. Lynn Ban provided most of the jewellery featured in the video.
She rocked Karen Walker‘s Love Hangover aviator sunglasses ($250). The shades feature pink lenses and the designer’s signature arrow at the temple. The singer’s sheer, off-the-shoulder crop top is vintage Betsey Johnson sourced from Gabriel Held Vintage. Her green belt is vintage Versace. The stunning spiked earrings are from Lynn Ban and the scarf is Gucci.
The flower print leggings and matching boots that create a seamless illusion are from Balenciaga‘s Spring/Summer 2017 collection [Look 25]. The leggings have zipped side pockets, an elasticated waist and zipped cuffs. The pull-on Knife boots feature a pointed toe and stiletto heel.
She wore a shortened version of a sheer dress from Alberta Ferretti‘s Spring 2017 collection [Look 4]. The turquoise off-the-shoulder dress features a drawstring neckline with tassels, tassels on the cuffs and a silk lining. Of course, Rihanna opted not to wear the lining. Originally sold for $2,455, you can get the dress from Farfetch now for $1,473. She also wore the embellished Poison Ivy gladiator sandals from her final collection with Manolo Blahnik. The $2,325 shoes launch next month. A ring and the turquoise cabochon bracelets are from Lynn Ban.
Finally, we have the Barbadian beauty with Bryson Tiller and DJ Khaled. She sported one of her favourite designers. This yellow look is from Matthew Adams Dolan‘s Spring 2017 collection.
