Rihanna’s takeover of Paris Fashion Week continued with a little trip to the Comme des Garçons Fall/Winter 2014 runway show. Mel Ottenberg chose some sick pieces from the VFiles Fall 2014 show for this outing. Each VFiles collection highlights clothing from little-known designers, providing them with a platform for their lines to grow. Rihanna’s oversized black coat was designed by Melitta Baumeister, a German designer currently working in New York while the black and white fur stole was showcased by South Korean designer, Hyein Seo.
A few days before this show Rihanna debuted a look from Adam Selman‘s Fall/Winter 2014 collection via Instagram. At the CDG show she wore three more items from that presentation – an adorable bunny ears beanie, a scoop-neck bodysuit and a pencil skirt. Rihanna’s jewelry consisted of several designs by Elise Gray, including a white diamond cross necklace, a black gold and black diamond Mitaine spider web ring, a black gold and black diamond Jaïpur ring and a white gold and grey diamond floral double ring. The look was finished with white Manolo Blahnik Lara ankle-tie pumps.
