After a few hectic days in New York, Rihanna jetted out of JFK airport on September 15. The singer’s latest travel looks are all black. Maybe to help her blend in? If so, it didn’t work. Here’s what she wore.
Rihanna first rocked Wu Wear, the clothing line of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, back in December 2017. On this occassion she sported their Shaolin hoodie in black ($80). The top features a drawstring hood and an embroidered logo on the left chest. It also has words screen printed ont the sleeves and on the right chest.
She paired it with the brand’s black joggers ($54), which have a logo patch on one leg and a “Wu Wear” screen printed in yellow down the other.
Anyone who pays attention to Rihanna’s travel style knows that she prefers the Fenty x Puma fur slides. No longer available, these popular sandals have a furry strap with Puma branding.
Rihanna loves a good cause so of course she picked up a bunch of these Balenciaga hats. Ten percent of the proceeds from each of these World Food Programme hats ($390) goes to the organization, which aims to end world hunger by 2030. On the front is the WFP logo while the phrase “Balenciaga Supports” is on the brim. The side reads “Saving Lives, Changing Lives”.
These Off-White x Warby Parker large sunglasses are another travel staple for the superstar. They have Off-White branding on the tips and inside the arms. Unfortunately, these shades are sold out and unlikely to be restocked.
Rihanna also carried her beloved Dior tote. The large bag features the brand’s oblique monogram print. Her version is customised with her name.
FYI: In her hand is a Balenciaga leather jacket. The exact version of this oversized jacket is not available online at the moment but check out a similar jacket at Barneys. Both have a drawstring hood, a quilted lining and fringe trim along the back.
