Rihanna is finally releasing perfume under the Fenty label. This comes years after numerous comments about how great she smells from anyone who meets her. Also, anyone who had the pleasure of buying anything from her luxury line noticed that the packaging had an alluring scent as well.
Many clamoured for this fragrance to be released and it’s finally here. Fenty’s first eau de parfum is available from August 10 via Fenty Beauty’s website. Those lucky enough to get samples have raved about it so it definitely lives up to the hype.
Look I
Rihanna’s team for this photoshoot was as follows: Jahleel Weaver (stylist), Amir Dayi (assistant stylist), Yusef Williams (hair), Priscilla Ono (makeup) and Kimmie Kyees (nails).
For the first look she wore this black leather jacket from Supriya Lele‘s Fall/Winter 2021 collection [Look 9]. The oversized belted jacket is not available online yet.
Underneath she sported this black silk jersey bra by Tom Ford. The sold-out bra has straps that wrap around the body.
Look II
In this photo Rihanna faces the camera head on in an outfit that is enviously comfortable.
Rih rocked this vintage cropped top, which doubles as a cutout t-shirt, from Gucci‘s Spring/Summer 2001 collection. It’s from the Tom Ford era and one is currently available at 1st Dibs for $6,200. This top fits with all the great vintage pieces she’s worn lately.
On top of that is an ivory-coloured bouclé cardigan from R13. The long cardigan hits about mid-thigh and features two front pockets. Unfortunately, it seems to be sold out online. Keep your eyes out for similar pieces coming from the brand soon.
The cargo pants are from Balenciaga. These wide-leg pants feature multiple large flap pockets on the front, back and sides.
Look III
In the final photo released so far, the singer and businesswoman looks sultry while clutching some sugar cane.
Another Supriya Lele piece! This time a sheer halter dress with a side slit. This is also from the Fall/Winter 2021 collection. Supriya Lele is definitely Rih’s new favourite emerging designer.
Throughout the photoshoot Rihanna wore this lovely white diamond ear cuff by Melissa Kaye. The 18k gold ear cuff boasts two rows of diamonds. It’s also available in other metals.
Lastly, the other drop earrings are antique diamond earrings are from Neil Lane. Same for the diamond ring in Look III.
