Rihanna And Heather Huey
There is one last photo from Rihanna’s Vogue November 2012 editorial that we haven’t looked at. In this shot Rihanna walks a lonely road wearing a velvet bodysuit by Dolce & Gabbana, a white cage skirt by Heather Huey and shoes from Alexander McQueen‘s Fall/Winter 2012 collection. But Rihanna is no stranger to Heather Huey’s designs.
Back in 2009 Rihanna performed on the Carson Daly Show wearing a veiled hat designed by the couture milliner. She also wore a Heather Huey mask in her much-loved Vogue Italia spread, which was shot by Steven Klein. Visit her website for more information.
A Nineties Throwback
Rihanna has been working tirelessly to finish her latest album, Unapologetic. She was at the recording studio again last night in an outfit that was very reminiscent of the 90s. She wore Alexander Wang‘s white Technical Sleeveless Shirt with distressed cutoff denim shorts. The fitted shirt features rib knit and mesh detail.
Rih has already worn shorts from Pierre Balmain‘s Spring/Summer 2012 collection. This time she chose a paisley print button-down shirt. She put a unique spin on the 90s trend of tying a shirt around your waist by using the sleeves as a belt and wearing the rest of the bandana print shirt under her shorts.
She also wore navy blue Converse high top sneakers, her custom Knight Me ring by Rafaello & Co. and her favourite Meredith Kahn Love Twist ring. Since no 90s outfit would be complete without a backpack, Rihanna traded in her classic quilted Chanel handbag for a mini metallic calfskin backpack from the Fall/Winter 2012.

A few days ago Rihanna was spotted at a recording studio in L.A. wearing leather pants. This is the J Brand Quatro from their Ready-To-Wear collection. Rihanna spent another night at the recording studio. This time she turned up wearing a black NFL jersey and camo pants. Rih is rocking Nike‘s Oakland Raiders #55 Rolando McClain jersey and adidas Originals by Jeremy Scott zipped camouflage track pants from the Fall/Winter 2011 collection.
She carried her quilted Chanel handbag and wore the Red Carpet Series version of Supra‘s black Vaider sneakers. Rih also wore her Meredith Kahn love twist ring and Rafaello & Co. necklace. Her beanie hat reads OneEightSeven and seems to be from L.A streetwear brand 187 Inc.
