Fashion Credits: Rihanna In Complex (Part I)
Rihanna covers the February/March 2013 issue of Complex magazine. Rih was styled by Mel Ottenberg with hair by Ursula Stephen, makeup by Mylah Morales and nails by Kimmie Kyees. We’ll get to her seven covers in a later post but for now, let’s take a look at some of the spread. The singer loves to share photos with her fans and this was the inspiration behind the photoshoot.
Here Rihanna poses with an old style camera while wearing a heather grey luxe bralette and luxe panty by Kiki de Montparnasse. The jacket is from her upcoming collaboration with River Island. Her jewelry includes a diamond necklace from Kentshire (worn throughout) and hammered gold hoops by Manon Jewelry.
In this shot Rih takes a “selfie” while wearing a vintage Nike tee from What Goes Around Comes Around with Kiki de Montparnasse’s silk Amour bloomers and black monochrome high top sneakers by Converse. Her gold hoops are by Jennifer Fisher Jewelry.
Finally, Rihanna relaxes in a white net bodysuit by Cheap Monday and high-cut shorts by Stella McCartney. Her socks are from Stance and feature her Unapologetic album cover. Her jewelry includes several rings designed by Alice Waese.
