This has been the week of Martine Rose! Rihanna has already been spotted in the British menswear designer’s Fall/Winter 2014 oversized denim jacket and sleeveless black hoodie and last night she was photographed in another piece from that collection. The singer left Da Silvano restaurant in a dark green and black fur coat adorned with several patches. Her jeans are from Junya Watanabe‘s Fall/Winter 2013 womenswear collection. The sold-out patchwork cropped jeans are loose fitting and feature a selection of plaid, floral and polka-dot patches. You can get similar jeans by the designer at Farfetch for $623.
Rih also rocked boots from the upcoming Alexander Wang for H&M collection. As you know, she was the first person in the world to wear the collection during New York Fashion Week last month. This week the designer released the lookbook for the collection and also held an amazingly athletic runway show, which was an apt representation for the vibe of this collaboration. The lace-up mid-calf boots have a pointed toe, stiletto heel, and the designer’s logo is etched in the back. Refinery 29 has the entire lookbook as well as prices for most items. Rih’s boots were not included in the price list but other shoes in the collection range in price from $199 to $299. You can shop Alexander Wang for H&M on November 6 in store and online.
Finally, Rihanna carried the new Twisted Box bag by Louis Vuitton. The handbag was designed in collaboration with architect Frank Gehry and it’s part of a new collection celebrating the luxury brand’s iconic monogram. The Twisted Box bag was inspired by Louis Vuitton’s signature travelling trunks but it gets its name from the curved lines the architect used in the design. The small handbag features the classic monogram canvas, an embossed blue lambskin interior, a top handle and a detachable shoulder strap. It costs $4,400 and if you are interested in purchasing you can contact Louis Vuitton for availability.
