Rihanna is quite the philanthropist and several years ago she founded the Clara Lionel Foundation. Named for her beloved grandparents, the foundation focuses on providing better health care services, improving education and assisting with disaster relief in several developing countries including Barbados. Rihanna partnered with Stance in 2015 and since then has released several collections of very popular socks. This past September Stance and CLF came together and designed two pairs of socks in support of the charity. On June 6 CLF took over Stance’s Soho store for a few hours. Stance re-released several of Rihanna’s past designs with a portion of all the proceeds from everything in the store going to the CLF. Rihanna turned up to show support. She took photos with fans and even took over the registers for a while.
The Look
Styled by Jahleel Weaver, Rihanna rocked a custom baby blue shirt dress by Matthew Adams Dolan. He is best known for his oversized designs and this one fits right in. A belted waist allowed the superstar to show off her fab bod. Her ankle wrap sandals with PVC toe strap are custom Manolo Blahnik.
The Barbadian songstress carried Stalvey‘s beauty case in mint blue lizard ($5,300). Inspired by vintage train cases, this handbag has a top handle, black edge painting and silver hardware.
Jewelry is always a major part of any Rihanna look. She loves to pile it on. This time she wore a pair of Jacob & Co‘s Infinia earrings, which feature yellow sapphires and round cut diamonds.
Weaver selected lots of aquamarine pieces to complement the blue dress. Rihanna sported the above David Webb yellow gold, diamond and aquamarine necklace as well as a white gold and diamond necklace by The Gem Palace that boasts a large aquamarine pendant.
On her left hand she rocked a huge cocktail ring by Spallanzani. It’s their white gold, diamond and aquamarine “Anello Blue Lagoon” ring.
Rih also donned an assortment of Chopard jewels including this gorgeous ring. The 18k white gold ring features a 5.11 carat pear-shaped aquamarine as well as an amethyst, tanzanites and pavé white diamonds.
Normally I would make a separate post about her makeup but Fenty Beauty only shared info on two products so I’ll include them here. Makeup artist Priscilla Ono applied the Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Girl Next Door/Chic Phreak ($34) on Rih’s cheeks. Purchase from Fenty Beauty, Sephora or Harvey Nichols.
Ono put the focus on the singer’s perfect lips with the Mattemoiselle Plush Matte Lipstick in Candy Venom ($18). Purchase from Fenty Beauty, Sephora or Harvey Nichols.
