Rihanna has been missing in action for two weeks as she has been working hard prepping her next album so last night was quite a surprise. She showed up unannounced at CBS’ We Can Survive concert at the Hollywood Bowl. The third annual concert was held in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month with $2 from every ticket sold going towards the Young Survival Coalition. Other performers included Nick Jonas, The Weeknd and Sam Smith. Rihanna was styled by Mel Ottenberg for this performance and once again his team has given Haus of Rihanna the exclusive details on what she wore.
The Barbadian beauty wore an outfit by Y/Project from the Spring/Summer 2016 collection. The Paris-based label started producing menswear in 2010 but has been releasing womenswear since 2014. Y/Project is known for its craftsmanship, keen attention to detail and urban sensibility. Rihanna’s pinstripe suit comprised a floor-length jacket with a peaked lapel and vents in the sleeves along with matching trousers. Visit their official website to check out the most recent collections. Her bras and lace top are vintage. Although there are no clear shots of her shoes I can tell you that they were Manolo Blahnik.
Her jewellery included a crisscross ear cuff from Eva Fehren (right ear) and a custom “Fenty” ear cuff by Jennifer Fisher (left ear). You can order your own version of this ear cuff with custom lettering for $300. Her diamond shaker body chain was custom made by Jacquie Aiche (click here to shop the current collection).
